A beginners only 10-week course to learn the basics of Jiu Jitsu, how a class is run, proper etiquette, all preparing you to start your Jiu Jitsu journey. Learn the basic positions, attacks, counters, and submissions.   Dates: 10 Classes start Feb 2nd (2/3, 2/3, 2/7, 2/9, 2/10, 2/14, 2/16, 2/21, 2/23, 2/28) Class Time: 6:00pm – 7:15pm
